1. Overview

Flekt provides AI-based Skin & Scalp Analysis solutions for professional use in salons and similar establishments. Our software generates personalized reports, product and service recommendations, and insights that help businesses improve client engagement and sales.

2. Eligibility

Flekt’s products and services are intended for business use only by licensed salons, clinics, or individual professionals. By subscribing or purchasing from Flekt, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are available on an annual basis for:

    • AI Scalp Analysis – ₹18,000/year

    • AI Skin Analysis – ₹18,000/year

    • Premium Bundle – ₹36,000/year

  • Hardware options are available as one-time purchases:

    • Flekt Tool – ₹5,999

    • Basic App – ₹3,999

    • Samsung Galaxy A9+ Tablet – ₹17,999

  • All prices are exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except where legally required.

  • Renewal notices will be sent before subscription expiry. Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new term.

4. Software License

By subscribing to Flekt, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Flekt software for your business operations.
You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or distribute the software or its data.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

  • Use the software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

Flekt collects and processes data to provide accurate analysis and improve system performance.

  • Customer scan data and analytics remain confidential and are used only to enhance your service experience.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

  • All data handling complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.

6. Support & Maintenance

All active subscriptions include:

  • 24/7 customer support

  • On-site training and maintenance

  • Access to future software updates
    Flekt reserves the right to modify the scope of support services as needed to ensure optimal operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flekt’s AI recommendations are advisory and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
Kirix Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • Misuse of the software or hardware

  • Inaccurate inputs by users

  • Business or revenue losses resulting from service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, and trademarks associated with Flekt remain the property of Kirix Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

Flekt reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms & Conditions or misuses the platform.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
