At Flekt, we’re a crew of problem-solvers who got tired of watching salons miss out on the business they deserve. So we decided to fix it. We built powerful tech to help stylists do what they already do best: make people feel good about themselves. Artificial intelligence, real human impact. That’s the motto around here.

Our team brings together engineers, designers, data scientists, salon specialists and ex-operators who know exactly how chaotic a day at a salon can get. We don’t build products in boardrooms. We build them sitting next to stylists, watching real clients walk in and out. If it doesn’t make the salon’s job easier, it doesn’t ship.
